Lockyer Residence – The Environmentally Friendly Residence Design
This is an environmentally friendly residence. Lockyer Residence is redesign from old building, and it is not too much replaced the materials. Located in the hilly Brisbane, this residence has beautiful views. It is completed by the garden and park in around the residence; plantations are décor to beautify the Lockyer residence yard.
What is make this Lockyer residence becomes environmentally friendly is because the recycled and FSC wood, energy lighting, high-spec insulation are make this residence doesn’t need air conditioner. Wooden material and panel cover are decorating here, the balcony, place to relax just protected by curtain panels. Lengths pool along the edge with water flowing gives the natural nuance. Also the dining room is in the open room completed this environmentally concept residence.
